Absolutely love my mini Bali pack, although it’s not quite the same as the pack pictured on the Gandhi website. The top zip is shorter, going from corner to corner across the top, rather than also curving down the side a bit and thus making the top opening larger.
It would be really nice if there wasn’t so much plastic in the packaging.

Great customer service and product but not for me. Jacket was nice but not such a vibrant colour as the pic. Return was prompt and easy.

I bought a coat from these guys which is great, very well made and very much feels like its worth the money paid.
I got confused initially ordering what i thought was a UK size 16 but it turns out to be a USA 16 making it XXXL UK. I tried it on and returned it requesting a smaller size, they were super helpful with this and got it turned around really quickly.
100% recommend these guys

Excellent service and quality goods.

Poor quality items for the price. Bought a jacket last year during the lockdown ,only for the pockets to start loosing stitches after a couple of wears. Noticed things like zippers and tags coming off.
Mixed messages from the customer service who eventually wash their hands saying nothing came be done other than a puny giftcode.
Useless and safe to say. Won't use again

Very disappointed with this company.ordered a back pack it was to big so got in touch and they said return it and they will send another one.Bag was returned no response from them so tracked it found it had been delivered e mailed waited eventually they emailed and said replacement was dearer as the sale had finished it was still on when I sent original one back a smaller bag for more money no way .this was sorted waited for my bag they has sent the same size bag in a different colour back .rang customer services and spoke to Sarah not helpful at all I had to return the bag again and wait for the smaller one once they had processed the returned one.another 2 weeks she was not prepared to send the one I had ordered until the wrong one had got back to them.so had to make a hour round trip to the post office wait in a queue for 20 minutes to return it and now wait to get my money back properly another 2 weeks.she would not let me speak to any one else so am waiting for a call from a supervisor and as for selling a smaller item for more money because the sale had ended before they got round to processing the order its shamefully .sale was still on when I returned the bag and spoke to them what a con will not be usi g them again.if I had not taken the time to change my plans for the day to go to the post office goodness knows when the money would be returned.please all be aware of there so called policy thats not mentioned any where.

I've read quite a few negative reviews on here recently. I dont quite understand the service others have been receiveing but I can only speak for myself; ranks as one of the best customer service I have experience in YEARS! Also, I must say, I bought something as a present for someone and, I quote, they absolutely I loveee their new teal chacke - its lovely!!
